KATIE
HEY THERE! So, I’m Katie. My friends may often refer to me as; Ktfaithful, Ktfaithless, Kt, Kathandra, Kathy, and the list goes on. I’ll respond to all of them, so pick your poison. I’m 19 currently and spend most of my days journaling, drawing, singing, learning instruments, and hanging out with my friends in attempt to do something that will keep us busy. I will say I love to spend time alone, like in one of my favorite songs “Solitaire” by Marina and the Diamonds she wrote…”Solitaire, something you’d consider rare, I don’t wanna be compared”. Even being an ENFJ & Virgo, I have my introverted moments, which I hope I can write about in the future on this blog. I also hope that I can touch on mental health, self care, and the importance of empathy. I consider myself an “Empath”, which is pretty cool and I love that part about me. Especially being friends with other empaths like Marie and Kendell, it’s cool to see that I’m not alone (i’ll blog about that later on too). With empathy comes emotional baggage…and also other people’s emotional baggage which can take a toll on you. I do have depression, but I try to understand WHY I feel the way I do and that’s something that’s helped a ton, so I hope that I can share with you how I deal with being an empath and also dealing with myself first, which is most important. I’ve also been a MAJOR internet kid ever since I can remember. I’ve been on tumblr since 2012 and have never stopped (my main tumblr is joshtillman.tumblr.com, if you’re interested). I am currently a Junior in college at Indiana University studying for my bachelor’s degree in Media Technology & Culture, with a concentration in….well i’m not sure yet. That’s my issue, i’m so good at everything it’s hard to choose! (I’m kidding, I promise I try to have a healthy relationship with my ego whilst also knowing my potential). I transferred after my third semester at the University of Kentucky where I met Scout and Kendell, who would end up being lifelong friends. Even though I ended up realizing I was unhappy at that school, I knew I was placed there in that very moment for a reason, and meeting them changed my life. Scout later on introduced us to Marie, who is also one of my favorite souls I’ve ever met along with the the other two. These friendships could be comparable to an indie pretentious film, so I love it! But seriously, the conversations and shared passion for arts, writing, and energy is what I longed for my whole life and now we want to share that with others! I’m super excited to see where this blog takes our creativity and see where it pushes us. With all of our forces combined I have high hopes. I personally have a passion for songwriting and singing. That’s my “main thing’ you could say, but I’ll leave you with one of my favorite quotes.

HI HELLO WELCOME right now, in this particular human experience, my name is Kendell. I respond to K, Ken, Kenny, and either of my sisters’ names since we are all mistaken for one another pretty often. I can usually be found with my journal in hand and a crystal in the other. I met Katie, Scout and Marie about a year ago, but I swear we’ve known each other lifetimes before this. My soul sisters and I wanted to invite you into our thoughts, creations, and coven because building a community of growth, self-expression, spirituality and LOVE is, to us, the most important thing we can do in this lifetime. I am currently studying Communications, Creative Writing, and Environmental Sustainability. I hope to pursue the thousands of dreams I have, because limiting myself to one career has never been something I think I could handle. I love art, digital media, photography, fashion, writing, energy work, yoga, dancing, tarot, astrology and everything in between and beyond. I often feel like I’m floating and can sometimes have difficulty bringing myself down to Earth. When I’m not writing or reading I find myself day dreaming of dancing in waterfalls inhabited by fairies or cartwheeling across Saturn’s rings.
